Snazzy, from my Heart Bio:
I work with women who know they need to heal their hearts as the path to standing in Feminine Leadership.
I work with women who have been “putting off” their feminine health symptoms and are now struggling with fertility challenges, painful cycles, pregnancy issues, postpartum imbalances, PMS, fibroids, endometriosis.
I work with women who crave sisterhood and recognize their beauty more deeply in sacred space with women.
I work with women who are bogged down by overwhelm, anxiety, stress, and fears that are keeping them stuck and miles from their desires.
I work with women who are ready to embrace their vulnerability, receptivity, and intuition.
I work with women who have spent the majority of their lives playing small and shrinking in mediocrity to fit in… all the while experiencing insecurities and isolation. Women who have belittled themselves with their negative self-talk and self-judgements.
And I am their Mentor. Their guide back home. I am their collaborator. The woman who can unearth the possibilities alive in their hearts and souls. The woman who creates space for Initiation into a world of feminine power and freedom, rather than pain and shame.
But it wasn’t always that way.
Here’s a little glimpse into my journey:
As a little girl, I loved being the center of attention and being seen. I thrived with an audience. Yes, that is me rocking the pink short onesie and pink roller skates. I think this little girl knew a thing or two about pleasure, yes?
And then through various experiences, I began to dim my light to make others comfortable. To fit in, to be liked, to be a “good” girl.
Around that same time, my parents divorced. This rupture created many beliefs about myself and life in general. I became my dad’s protector and watched as my mom joined the ranks of millions of women who go and go and do and do.
And as any “good’ girl does, I followed in her footsteps. I received attention for pushing and achieving.
I found myself in a situation I now realize many women experience. At the time,I felt misunderstood and isolated. I was nestled between the fear of my power and being applauded for my masculine overachievements. Quite the dilemma.
Years went by like this… and this deep rift of operating out of “should’s” affected my self-worth and my hormonal health. I was insecure and experienced a lot of inner turmoil. I suffered from painful cramps, popping Advils to feel better. I remember a gynecologist offering me the birth control pill and pain meds. Intuitively I knew that was not the answer and I shoved the pills in the back of my jewelry drawer.
And when I was about to graduate college, I started inquiring into my next steps. And I kept coming back to this question, “Who am I? What am I meant to do in this life?”
So, I devoted years to “finding myself”.
It was right around this time that I had three major realizations.
1. To be ME, I had to commit to my inner journey.
2. My past pains, angers, and patterns were directly linked to my current physical health.
3. My Feminine essence had been ignored for too long… she wanted a voice.
With this clarity, I committed to my self-discovery and truth.
And let me tell you, it was not an easy road.
I resisted, I was scared, I cried… And I emerged stronger and more vibrant than ever before.
With the help of teachers, mentors, and Flower Essence remedies, I let go of limiting beliefs, of fear, of past pains and woundings, of ways in which I was keeping myself stuck, confused, small and hidden.
I used herbal formulas everyday to assist my body and my feminine rhythms and I went from exhausted, experiencing painful periods, and yeast infections to waking up with tons of energy, periods that were easy, and feeling vibrant.
I studied with priestesses who shared with me feminine embodiment practices and how to live according to my cycles and the powers of the Moon. This all culminated in an Initiation into Womanhood, from a place of beauty rather than shame.
And I found the sweetness of being me.
So, you see, it is only through my own healing journey and the whisperings of my Soul nudging me forward, that I can stand as a Mentor.
Here is what I know to be true:
- You are constantly birthing yourself anew. Every moment you have an opportunity to explore and expand into your desires. And there are moments when this is challenging or messy or downright glorious… And the truth is, what is present after this birthing is nothing short of miraculous.
- Your emotional health is the pathway to your physical health. Discovering your truth allows you to live a life of vitality and wellness. Healing any feminine wounding is the key to your hormonal health.
- Your body holds feminine wisdom and power. You are connected to all that is holy and Divine.
Because I am so passionate about this, and I have walked this sacred journey, it is my honor to invite you on a path of your own reclamation.
That’s why I started taking personal mentoring clients 14 years ago. To me, there is nothing as beautiful as witnessing a woman’s unfoldment.
I desire for you to be free – of fears, limitations, self-doubts, self-hatred, and self-judgement. I envision you happy and healthy, feeling deep gratitude in for the life you have consciously co-created. I envision you dancing around a sacred fire, connected to your body’s wisdom. I envision you growing because of the love of your sisters. I envision you sharing your passions and mission with the world. I envisions your Feminine anchoring all of this exquisite freedom.
I would love to be your Mentor. To be the one who encourages you and coaxes you to become a woman of joy and happiness, rather than struggle and stress.
Your new Feminine life truly awaits.
The world is waiting for YOU.
