My Favorite Flower Essence for Courage

We all need courage.

There is not one person on the planet who doesn’t want to increase their level of courage.

Courage is needed to face your fears, to create new patterns and ways of being in the world, to deepen your intimacy and trust, to end relationships that are comfortable but not serving your highest good, to follow your passions, to heal your past, to speak your truth, to stand in your value.  Life takes a significant amount of courage.

And, sometimes it can feel easier to ignore or suppress your fears or doubts or anxieties because to really change your current circumstances takes a lot of heart and soul, a lot of courage.

Watch the latest episode of WomanRising TV to find out which flower essence is the BEST to increase your courage and access what is already within.  This flower is FULL of upliftment so that you can say YES to all of your hearts desires.

The root of the word courage is “cor” – the Latin word for heart. In one of its earliest forms, the word courage meant “To speak one’s mind by telling all one’s heart.” Over time, this definition has changed, and today, we typically associate courage with heroic and brave deeds.

Courage to me, is an inner quality that moves us outward.

So, do you desire more courage?
And where in your life is this most needed?
Do you desire to live more connected to your heart and her longings?

My Favorite Flower Essence for Courage — 3 Comments

  1. I feel I’m normally a fairly courageous person. Especially when reading it has more to do with the heart and vulnerability than I had previously considered. I like that and it gives me a nice perspective about myself. I’ve spent a good deal of my life putting my heart out there, esp. in making art, but never really thought it was courage, though others have commented how brave it was. So that’s neat to connect to! But I would love to have more courage there as I feel I’m hitting some mental/emotional blocks. It would be really nice to also have more courage to trust and support myself, esp. in relation to people and relationships that don’t feel great – to have the courage to take time away or just be with myself when I need to and not hold onto the past. Wonderful post!

    • I just had to add to my own comment 😛 I was thinking about this and getting more clarified. So I would also like to be courageous (perhaps the MOST) in being ME. The “real” me, with the world and with people I’ve known for my whole life and to be accepted for it, rather than be abandoned or hurt or made fun of, etc. (which is what I fear will happen). 🙂

  2. Yes Jaime! That is exactly right. Courage for revealing more of YOU. Not the you based on the past or projections of others or untruths you have collected over your life.
Being YOU takes a tremendous amount of courage. Every day to show up and reveal yourself to the world. Without shame, fears, or self-judgements.
I love that it resonates with you to come from your heart… can’t wait to hear more about what happens. <3
